By accessing our platform, submitting requirements, or accepting quotations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services primarily focus on B2B operations in Assam and Northeast India, including but not limited to warehousing, manpower supply, transportation, and permit assistance.

2. Use of Services

You must be a registered legal entity or an authorized representative of a business to use our platform. When submitting a requirement via your Client Dashboard, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. B2B Operations NE acts as an operations facilitator and leverages a verified Vendor Network to fulfill these requirements.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• Requirement Submission: Submitting a requirement does not constitute a binding contract. It is a request for a quotation.
• Quotation Validity: Quotations provided by our Admin team are valid for a limited period, typically stated on the attached PDF quotation. Prices are subject to market changes until explicitly accepted.
• Acceptance: By clicking "Accept" on a quotation in your dashboard, you formally agree to the pricing and terms outlined in the specific quote PDF.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to revise or withdraw a quotation prior to your acceptance. Once accepted, any modifications to the scope of work will require a new or updated quotation.

4. Vendor Network & Fulfillment

We coordinate with third-party vendors (transporters, warehouse owners, manpower agencies) to fulfill your requirements. While we vet our vendors rigorously, B2B Operations NE is not directly liable for unforeseen delays caused by third-party failures, natural disasters, or regional strikes (force majeure). We promise to provide transparent communication and alternative solutions in such events.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in the official quotation PDF. Generally, an advance payment is required to initiate services (e.g., booking a warehouse or mobilizing manpower). Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in the suspension of services. All stated prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall B2B Operations NE, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
